Repair and Refund for LED Lighting Product 

(Including Lamp, party lights and so on. Excluding LED Sign Board, please check 'Repair and Refund for LED Display' for LED Sign Board)

1.LED Lighting Product directly purchased from our company (including from ANF Electronics until 05/2019)

1-1 Repair during warranty period

Please read our warranty carefully and if your LED Lighting Product doesn't work during normal use, we will test and repair it for free and replace the damaged accessory for free. Delivery fee is not inclusive.

1-2 Repair without warranty period

Please tell us the problem of the item and we will give you the quotation for the repairing fee for free. Delivery fee is not inclusive.

1-3 Product Refund

Within 7 days from the time you buy the goods directly from us, or within seven days from the date you sign up for the goods, if you are not satisfied with the purchased item and the status of the item is brand new and non-destructive which will not affect our resale, we will provide a full refund for the returned item at the price customer purchased(Exclude shipping fee). Please notice that the shipping cost paid for the purchase of the item cannot be returned, and the shipping cost for returning the item needs to be paid by the customer.

2.LED Lighting Products purchased from others

Please tell us the problem of the item and we will tell you if we do the repairing for such item and give you the quotation for the repairing fee for free.
